What We Offer

We have over 30 years of correctional experience paired with academic acclaim that we offer to Civic & Social Service Organizations, Government Agencies, Employers, and Foundations. Together we can continue to increase the current success of Civic Criminal Justice System (CJS) Initiatives.

Our services include: Program evaluation & Process improvement, strategic planning & action steps, survey design & feedback, strategic partnerships, and correctional education, trainings, & Workshops.

Program Evaluation & Process Improvement

Our program evaluation reports can be shared with funding sources, decision makers, and board members aimed to improve the delivery of services and achieve expected outcomes.

We work with you to design and conduct evaluations that will answer critical questions such as: “Are we achieving our outcomes?” “Is the program being delivered as designed?” "Are participants satisfied with our program?"

Strategic Planning & Action Steps

The Nonprofit Employment Practices Survey revealed that turnover rates increased among nonprofits, growing from 16 to 19 percent. This can affect key tasks within any strategic plan.

We can re-review the deliverables and translate them into a set of actionable operational steps while saving the costs of hiring a full-time employee.

Survey Design & Feedback

Feedback loop is a system that helps programs gather consumer and user feedback about their services. We build & administer feedback surveys, we measure results and extrapolate insights; the goal is to learn from consumers and use that new information to improve your business.

Strategic Partnerships

Strategic partnerships in reintegration efforts can increase impact and provide you supplemental services to participants. When functioning effectively they could help your consumers by offering services that you can't. We have worked closely with most ReEntry efforts from Allegheny County, Pennsylvania to Hillsborough County, Florida.
